Skylar & Plux: Adventure On Clover Island is a wholesome tribute to mascot platformers in the vein of Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter. Made in Unreal 4, the game looks quite pretty and boasts some colorful and lush worlds to explore. This is even more impressive since the studio, Right Nice Games, consist of only six people. For a freshman effort, Skylar & Plux is a commendable effort and a great building block if the studio wishes to make another game.
